Join a crowd of over 3,000 people trackside in celebrating Kangaroo Island Racing Club's heritage of 140 years (1883-2023). Enjoy country racing as its best, as horses from far and wide race for the Dudley Wines Kangaroo Island Cup at our Cygnet River track.

The Kangaroo Island Cup Carnival always attracts a stylish crowd and this year we're hoping to see a vintage flare in celebration of our 140 years. More details on prizing and categories will be available closer to the date.

Getting to the races from Kingscote

The service will run every 30 minutes from the Aurora Ozone Hotel and Queenscliffe Hotel to the racecourse.

Transfers are free of charge each way and commence from 11.30 am on Thursday and 10.30am on Saturday.
